How can I track m order?

US customers, use the URL in your shipping confirmation email to track your order. Please give the tracking number up to 24-28 hours to populate. On the day that the order ships out, shipping confirmation emails are sent out in the morning and the afternoon.
We are unable to adjust the quantity, size, or shipping option once an order has been placed. We may be able to cancel a purchase or change the shipping address within a brief window of time following the transaction's placement.

Where is my order?

Due to great demand, one of the goods you choose is now on pre-order. So that we can ship your order as quickly as possible, kindly choose a replacement or wait till the item becomes available.

Where is your return policy?

Within 30 days of your purchase, you can return your purchases for a full refund minus the cost of postage. Items must be new and in their original packaging.

Refunds for items without complete packing won't be handled by our company.

Am I able to process an exchange?

At this time, we are able to exchange product for equal value.

Item missing from your order?

Upon delivery of your item, you have 14 days to file any claims for missing items.
